Digital Transformation Department
The Digital Transformation Department is one of the key departments within Hafr Al-Batin Municipality, responsible for leading and enabling the municipality's digital transformation journey in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, the directives of the Digital Government Authority (DGA), and the policies of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
The Department drives the development of digital municipal services, strengthens technology integration, enhances operational efficiency, and implements best practices in digital governance and change management. Through these efforts, it aims to improve customer experience, elevate the quality of municipal services, and foster institutional innovation and sustainability.
