Hafr Al-Batin Municipality Launches the “Enjaz” Platform to Accelerate Project Delivery and Enhance Quality
As part of Hafr Al-Batin Municipality’s strategic vision to enhance the performance of infrastructure projects, the Municipality has launched a suite of digital services designed for contractors and engineering consultancy offices, with the aim of providing an integrated digital environment for project management.
This digital environment covers project management procedures, document exchange, project execution scheduling, inspection visit coordination, and handover processes, contributing to greater operational efficiency and improved quality of project delivery.
The initiative represents a significant step forward in project management by leveraging advanced digital technologies that enable real-time coordination and effective collaboration between the Municipality’s project managers, contractors, and consultancy offices.
In this context, Hafr Al-Batin Municipality Mayor Eng. Khalaf bin Hamdan Al-Otaibi officially launched the “Enjaz” platform, emphasizing that it has been introduced to accelerate project completion, improve execution quality, and strengthen the efficiency of monitoring and oversight of infrastructure projects.
The platform also enhances project planning and decision-making by providing real-time performance dashboards and analytical reports that support decision-makers within the Municipality, contributing to higher-quality project implementation and faster delivery in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
