Hafr Al-Batin Municipality Launches Its Participation at Cityscape Global with a Strong Presence and Showcases 39 Promising Investment Opportunities

Hafr Al-Batin Municipality officially launched its participation in the current edition of Cityscape Global in Riyadh, attracting significant attention from investors, government entities, and local and international visitors on the opening day of the exhibition, which is regarded as one of the world's leading platforms for urban development and investment.

The Municipality’s pavilion welcomed a number of officials and investors, who explored 39 diverse investment opportunities spanning the entertainment, tourism, services, commercial development, and specialized markets sectors. The portfolio also includes temporary and seasonal investment opportunities, as well as Municipality-supported events designed to stimulate economic activity and enrich the governorate’s urban landscape.

The pavilion also highlighted the Municipality’s digital transformation achievements over recent years, demonstrating how digital platforms and smart applications have accelerated municipal procedures, enhanced service efficiency, and improved the customer experience, in alignment with the objectives of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the National Transformation Program.

As part of its quality-of-life initiatives, the Municipality showcased projects aimed at improving the urban landscape, expanding green spaces, activating community programmes, developing parks and urban destinations, and enhancing public facilities and pedestrian walkways, reflecting Hafr Al-Batin’s vision of creating a vibrant and people-friendly urban environment.

The Municipality also presented its ongoing infrastructure and municipal projects, including stormwater drainage systems, road rehabilitation works, and urban corridor development projects, which serve as key drivers of sustainable development and enhance the governorate’s attractiveness for investment.

Hafr Al-Batin Municipality’s participation in Cityscape Global reflects its continued commitment to opening the governorate to local and international investors and presenting an innovative urban model that highlights the region’s promising growth opportunities, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s strategy to empower cities and strengthen urban development.

Throughout the exhibition, the Municipality will continue its participation through a series of meetings with investors and participating entities, in addition to interactive presentations showcasing current and future projects that will shape the urban and investment future of Hafr Al-Batin.
