Hafr Al-Batin Municipality Prepares to Strengthen Its Presence at Cityscape Global and Establish Its Mark on the Investment Map

Hafr Al-Batin Municipality is preparing to participate in Cityscape Global, one of the world’s leading international platforms specializing in real estate development. The exhibition will be held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham from 17 to 20 November under the theme “The Future of Urban Living,” under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with the participation of the General Real Estate Authority and the Housing Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programmes.

During its participation, the Municipality is expected to showcase a number of quality projects focused on infrastructure development, enhancing quality of life, and highlighting promising investment opportunities in the governorate. It will also present its efforts in digital transformation and the development of smart municipal services, reflecting the Kingdom’s direction toward building smart and sustainable future cities.

Through its presence at the exhibition, the Municipality aims to strengthen communication with investors and specialized real estate development entities, while highlighting the urban identity of the governorate and its development potential that makes it a promising investment destination.

The Municipality confirmed that its exhibition pavilion will welcome visitors daily from 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM, providing an opportunity to explore its projects and investment opportunities, while expanding partnerships with local and international investors.

This participation comes as an extension of the efforts of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing system to support Saudi cities and enhance their presence on the regional and global real estate development map.
