Hafr Al-Batin Municipality Hosts the “Quality of Work Life Clinic” Initiative to Provide Psychological and Social Support for Its Employees

Hafr Al-Batin Municipality hosted the “Quality of Work Life Clinic” initiative at its headquarters today. The initiative, launched by Irada Hospital and Mental Health under the Hafr Al-Batin Health Cluster, is the first of its kind in the governorate. The clinic was brought directly to the Municipality to provide psychological and social support services for its male and female employees.

The initiative aims to identify levels of work-related stress and burnout through specialized psychological assessments, in addition to providing support sessions and distributing awareness materials highlighting the main symptoms of burnout and ways to manage it.

The participation also included materials carrying the slogan of World Mental Health Day, along with a barcode for psychological assessments that ensures participants’ privacy. It also featured educational publications on workplace stress management, stress-relief tools, and awareness booklets for office environments.

The initiative reflects Hafr Al-Batin Municipality’s and the Hafr Al-Batin Health Cluster’s commitment to enhancing quality of life and promoting a supportive and healthy work environment.
