Hafr Al-Batin Municipality Completes Field Readiness Preparations for the Rainy Season

Hafr Al-Batin Municipality has completed its field preparations for the rainy season through an operational plan aimed at enhancing readiness levels and improving the efficiency of municipal efforts in addressing rainwater accumulation across the governorate and its affiliated centres.

The preparations included preventive maintenance works for drainage networks, flood channels, and water collection points, as well as enhancing the readiness of human resources, preparing equipment, machinery, and field pumps, and deploying field teams to targeted locations according to an operational plan covering high-priority vital areas.

The Municipality continues to enhance its readiness and preparedness to receive reports related to rainy weather conditions through the unified reporting centre 940 and its official channels, ensuring rapid response and continuity of municipal services.

Hafr Al-Batin Municipality affirmed its commitment to continuing the implementation of its preparedness plan to enhance the quality of municipal services and improve the efficiency of public facilities across the governorate.
