Hafr Al-Batin Municipality continues the implementation of “Al-Shorouq Park,” one of its quality projects aimed at enhancing quality of life and providing a sustainable urban environment for residents and visitors of the governorate.

The Municipality explained that work is underway to establish and equip the park with green spaces, pathways, and service facilities, making it a modern recreational destination suitable for various age groups. It confirmed that the project is part of its development plans to expand green areas and improve the urban landscape across the governorate.

The park is expected to create an attractive environment that supports recreational and sports activities while contributing to enhancing well-being and quality of life, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative, which aim to increase vegetation cover and address environmental challenges.

The Municipality also confirmed that Al-Shorouq Park is part of a comprehensive plan that includes upgrading and maintaining existing parks and developing new ones according to a scheduled timeline, meeting the needs of different districts and increasing residents’ access to green spaces throughout the governorate.
