The Real Estate Registration Team visited Hafr Al-Batin Municipality on Tuesday, 26 August 2025, to discuss activating the Real Estate Registration System and enhancing integration between relevant government entities.

The visit aimed to review implementation mechanisms and the procedures followed at the Municipality, contributing to accelerating registration processes, improving transaction governance, achieving higher levels of transparency, and safeguarding real estate rights.

During the meeting, several topics related to developing the real estate work system were discussed, including methods for linking with the Commercial Register to enhance data integration, mechanisms for handling surveying requests, and reviewing approved plans and records maintained by the Municipality to ensure their adoption in registration procedures.

The discussions also addressed enhancing access to planning and grant data sources, exploring technical integration with geospatial systems to unify information sources and improve operational efficiency, as well as the possibility of allocating a dedicated office for Real Estate Registry employees within the Municipality’s headquarters to provide direct services to beneficiaries.

This visit comes as part of the ongoing cooperation between municipalities and government entities to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by developing a secure and reliable real estate environment that promotes stability, transparency, and serves citizens and investors alike.
