Hafr Al-Batin Municipality has launched an awareness campaign titled “Your Report, Your Awareness,” aimed at introducing citizens and residents to the steps for tracking reports submitted through the Balady application and enhancing their awareness of their role in improving municipal services.

The Municipality explained that the campaign focuses on clarifying the procedures followed after submitting a report, starting from its registration in the system, moving through the follow-up stage, and concluding with field action and notifying the beneficiary of the outcome, ensuring greater transparency and increasing beneficiary satisfaction.

The Municipality confirmed that the Balady application is an important interactive tool that enables beneficiaries to directly contribute to the development of municipal services. It noted that awareness of how to use the application and track reports contributes to improving quality of life and enhancing the efficiency of municipal operations.

The Municipality called on all residents to benefit from the application’s services and cooperate in making the campaign a success, reflecting the positive partnership between the community and the Municipality.
