As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance quality of life and achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, Hafr Al-Batin Municipality continues implementing “Road Humanization” projects along King Abdulaziz Road, one of the city’s main corridors.

These projects aim to provide a safe and enjoyable urban environment for pedestrians and road users through the development of dedicated and safe pedestrian and cycling paths, increasing green spaces, and improving urban design elements that add an aesthetic appearance reflecting the vitality of the governorate.

The Municipality confirmed that “Road Humanization” projects are part of its comprehensive plans to promote the concept of human-centred cities and transform public spaces into interactive areas that meet residents’ needs and support social and recreational activities, contributing to improved quality of life and sustainable development.

Through these projects, Hafr Al-Batin Municipality seeks to make the governorate a vibrant urban destination where modern infrastructure integrates with environmental and aesthetic aspects, creating a more comfortable and enjoyable daily experience for all members of the community.
