The CEO of the Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam,” Eng. Mohammed Al-Dakhil, and the Center’s Vice President of Operations, Eng. Tamer Mokhtar, conducted a field visit on Wednesday, 25 June 2025, to the “Etmam” Center at Hafr Al-Batin Municipality.

During the visit, both sides discussed ways to activate the Center’s future directions in alignment with the Municipality’s plans and strengthen cooperation between the two parties, contributing to the development of services provided to real estate developers and achieving integration in procedures to accelerate and facilitate the implementation of development projects in the governorate.

The delegation also reviewed the workflow within the Center, the services provided to beneficiaries, and discussed key challenges and ways to improve and enhance the customer experience.

This visit reflects the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing’s commitment to facilitating housing services and related support services that involve multiple government entities by activating them through the “Etmam” Center and providing innovative services that improve the beneficiary experience and reduce the need to visit multiple entities.

The “Etmam” Center represents an integrated model that brings together the most requested departments in one location, providing beneficiaries with a clear and defined pathway to complete their procedures quickly and efficiently, while enhancing coordination between departments. Its services extend beyond real estate developers to include all beneficiaries of housing and urban development services.

This cooperation reflects the efforts of Hafr Al-Batin Municipality and the Center to develop the real estate investment environment in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate and strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors, in support of achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in housing and quality of life.
