Hafr Al-Batin Municipality, in collaboration with the Saudi Quality Council, organized the “National Quality Caravan” Seminar on Monday, 28 April 2025, at the Associations Building. The seminar was held as part of the Municipality’s efforts to promote a culture of quality and institutional excellence, supporting sustainable development objectives and enhancing institutional performance.

The seminar featured a number of specialized lectures delivered by experts from the Saudi Quality Council, covering several key topics, including the historical journey of quality in the Kingdom, the role of the Saudi Quality Council in promoting quality culture, the importance of human resources in achieving sustainable institutional excellence, and the concepts and fundamentals of institutional innovation.

During the event, Hafr Al-Batin Municipality reaffirmed its commitment to applying comprehensive quality standards across all its operations and services, considering quality a fundamental element in achieving residents’ aspirations and enhancing quality of life. The Municipality highlighted that this event is part of a series of initiatives aimed at strengthening a culture of excellence and institutional innovation among its employees and partners across various sectors.
