Hafr Al-Batin Municipality participated in the Career Guidance and Professional Orientation Day organized by the University of Hafr Al-Batin on 16 and 17 April through an informative pavilion that attracted notable attendance and strong engagement from visitors.

The Municipality's participation reflects its commitment to supporting young national talents and enhancing alignment between educational outcomes and labour market requirements by presenting a range of initiatives and interactive content that supports the aspirations of the municipal sector.

The Municipality’s pavilion witnessed significant interaction from visitors, featuring a presentation of the annual training statistics, highlighting that 150 male and female trainees participate in cooperative and practical training programmes each year. This reflects the Municipality’s active role in enabling university students to gain practical field experience within a real work environment.

The participation also highlighted career opportunities and specializations aligned with the municipal sector, in addition to launching a number of training opportunities through the Tamheer Programme, aimed at empowering male and female graduates and enhancing their readiness for the labour market by equipping them with practical skills within a professional work environment.

A notable aspect of the participation was the presentation of inspiring examples of Municipality employees who graduated from the University of Hafr Al-Batin and joined the municipal sector across various specializations, providing students with realistic and motivating career experiences.

Visitors also enjoyed an innovative interactive experience designed to assess professional interests, helping them gain clearer insights into their career directions in a more structured and professional manner.

The pavilion also featured visual displays through screens presenting awareness and informational content about training programmes, career pathways, and available opportunities within the municipal sector, contributing to an enriched visitor experience and greater awareness of available options.

This participation forms part of Hafr Al-Batin Municipality’s efforts to support the nation’s youth, strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, and invest in young talents in a way that contributes to the development of the governorate and the achievement of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
