As part of its preparations for the Eid Al-Fitr season, Hafr Al-Batin Municipality conducted intensive inspection campaigns targeting a wide range of commercial establishments, including meat shops and butcheries, laundries, confectionery shops, and men's and women's barbershops and beauty salons, to ensure compliance with the highest standards of public health and safety.

The inspection campaigns focused on verifying the quality and suitability of meat for human consumption, assessing the compliance of butcheries and commercial kitchens with hygiene requirements and proper storage standards, and inspecting confectionery shops to ensure that products are prepared in accordance with approved health regulations, particularly during the period of increased consumer demand. The campaigns also included inspections of laundries to verify the implementation of proper sanitization procedures, as well as monitoring barbershops and beauty salons to ensure the cleanliness of equipment and compliance with health requirements, thereby safeguarding the health and safety of citizens and residents throughout the Eid Al-Fitr season.

The Municipality affirmed that these inspection campaigns form part of its proactive plans to provide a safe environment and high-quality municipal services, emphasizing that inspection activities will continue over the coming days.
