Service Description
This new support service enables beneficiaries to submit objections to invoices issued in relation to automatic cancellation requests or cancellation requests submitted by the beneficiary. The service allows users to specify the disputed items, provide the reason for the objection, and attach supporting documents.
The submitted objection is referred to the Objection Review Committee, which may decide to reject the request, approve it partially, or approve it in full.
