Service Description
This service enables beneficiaries to submit an objection if they were unable to renew their commercial licence due to a technical issue in the Balady system that resulted in the licence expiring. After verification by the relevant technical team, the beneficiary will be allowed to renew the licence without incurring late renewal penalties.
