Service Description
This service enables beneficiaries to book an electronic appointment to visit the Municipality or its affiliated municipalities. A confirmed appointment is required prior to attending to complete municipal transactions. In certain cases, a Municipality employee may book an appointment on behalf of the beneficiary to facilitate the completion of their transaction. Where possible, transactions may be completed without requiring the beneficiary to visit, as the responsible employee will contact the applicant by phone to resolve the issue or confirm the appointment if an in-person visit is necessary.
